Default Thoughts on this mare..anyone from IL?

Saw this little girl on CL.

I think she looks really cute minus the fact that she is standing super awkwardly. I asked for pictures of her standing square. She is only $200...and 4 hours from me. I do NOT need another horse...but she just caught my eye.

I don't know if the horse would be good for you but you certainly would be good for her

Even if you just pick her up & put some training on her & sell her on next year

    Not from IL, but...

cute. For $200, I'd give her a chance after I make sure she's not as knock-kneed as she looks in the first two (I think that may just be the feet in need of a trim...). Could be the steal of the year - four whites and a blaze, although she doesn't look quite 16h. Maybe 15.3, but I'll be she makes 16.1-2 in the next 2-3 years. Looks to have decent bone and a nicer shoulder, too.

    DO IT.

I would snap her up, get her in a proper weight, put some training on her, and I'd bet you'd have a nice resale project by next summer
