    Default Back on Track Saddle Pads---Legal to compete with?

    This may sound like a silly question, and I apologize if this has been covered already, but..........are the Back on Track saddle pads legal to compete in eventing?

    On what basis would they not be legal? They are the size/shape color of most saddle pads.
