Just as a heads up to all, per our contract with Jill we have a right of lien on Aloha and have retained his registration papers until her balance has been paid for the stallion test. This would be something that would need to be addressed if she sells him.

I don't know what that means, but if the horses do get seized would Silver Creek Farms have a claim on him? To physically get him I mean?
That would sure be a move up for him!

I don't know myself, but something that we would need to discuss with our attorney if the situation gets to that point.

That would likely save Aloha's testicles if he was seized. If Silver Creek has a lien then when he is seized, you'd probably be able to make a valid case of ownership, especially with his registration papers in hand.

Just my opinion, but I am not sure Aloha needs his testicles. He's not the most athletic and when I met him, his temperament left something to be desired. He is black with bling though.

Yes, that is correct. She has purchased a lot of mares since, so she had the money and could have resolved it if she so desired.

You are lucky MBM!
Aloha is smaller. I know he is advertised as 16.1h, but there's no way. I think he'd be better off gelded and turned into a kids hunter or something.

Hmm, I have an android and with the facebook app if I slide my finger sideways over a post it will pull up asking if I want to delete it.
You also have the option with any smart phone to log onto the full desktop facebook page (instead of using the mobile ap) which is the same as on your computer and do your deleting and editing that way.

I contacted both of the most recent facebook posters and gave them HoofJustice's phone number and a link to this thread. Hopefully they can get their horses back...

So "Luvmyhunter", I guess you are "Chris of Pennsylvania"? So you are a long way away. Have you actually seen your colt in the flesh? Please call HoofJustice. I hope what you paid (and that you have a bill of sale) for him is worth some legal fees.

I'm sure this has come up but I haven't read the entire thread...What is the story on Jill's stallion supposedly "coming soon" from Germany? How can someone who has so many alleged financial issues be continuing to run her business at all, let alone importing a stallion?? Can someone please update me if this has been previously discussed?

Over the years, there have been at least two instances of "coming soon" in regards to stallions. She even went so far as to actually advertise them as here and activated in stud books, when in actuality the stallion had not been paid for, imported, and/or presented to any of the NA studbooks yet.
