that man was bound over to the grand jury today.
another step down.grand jury in mid Jan.
while I could not possibly go, my sister did, and gave
me the facts I needed minus the things I did not need to hear.

Oh, honey, you don't have to go to those things. A friend or relative can go for you ,just as your sister did, and tell you the gist of the proceedings.

There is no need for you to have to experience any more ugliness and pain than you have already.
I'm sure your DH would not want you to suffer any more and being present at court proceedings is an unnecessary addition of distress for many grieving people. Hugs and Best Wishes from Colorado. You and your family are in my thoughts.

hi all

His birthday came and went and I had hoped to get thru it in one piece...then I got the note from his Scholarship folks and they had sent to me the current total and the notes from the people who donated.

immediate.burst.into.tears.

but it was like getting your hand burned searing sudden pain and then just a dull ache...Thanksgiving was an eerie thing as if I was floating in a place just away from where I was. But family and friends did all they could for me but in the end it's up to me.

when it is too oppressive I just start walking up to the graveyard. It's better there.
