    Exclamation the halt

    I saw what was discussed in the thread on this topic but, thought that the halts was simply not stationary; is immobility no longer called for?

    It apparently depends on the rider as to whether immobility is called for...

    It seems to go along with the walk. Wha's dat???!!!
