Default Pentosan or PentAussie for Dogs?

My friend's dog is on Adequan currently, but she would like to switch him over to PentAussie. The vet here is not familiar with using it in dogs, only in horses. I've seen people mention using it on their dogs in the eleventy-billion threads on Pentosan, but not much about dosage or method of delivery.

Friend has the horses on PentAussie rather than Pentosan, which I know has a different dosage. But if you have a dog on either, please let me know the protocol you are using so I can get some info to the vet on what others are doing.

    Thanks!

I was wondering the same. How about a million year old pygmy goat?

    Bumping up......Anyone? Anyone?

Dosage info needed for dogs and goats with hitches in their giddy-ups!
