Default Which athlete are you built like?

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-19050139

BBC has a cool little site where you enter your height and weight and it tells you which athlete you're most like.

I was similar to Tiana Coudray and Sulette Damons.

    Who are you built like?
If i smell like peppermint, I gave my horse treats.
If I smell like shampoo, I gave my horse a bath.
If I smell like manure, I tripped.

    I shouldn't have done that.
Apparently I'm built like two male weightlifters.

I was matched to Diego Ruiz, a 1500m runner. Aside from being a women, they actually have it pretty close to correct! I ran at a very competitive Division I school in college for cross country and track. I was primarily a mid distance runner though.

    Female weightlifter from Chile.
Interesting. On TOB, I entered another world weight data type thing and I match women from Argentina. I'm gonna definitely start saving to attend the summer Olympics in Brazil in 2016 - I should feel right at home in South America.

Similar to a male Algerian boxer (Ilyas Abbadi) and a female Great Britain water polo player (Francesca Clayton).

I got Merja Korpela, from Finland, who is competing in Women's Hammer Throw.

    I can live with that

I entered my values in several different ways (metres, feet, pounds, kg, stone) and got the same two athletes over and over again in return. I was hoping for something seriously sporting and athletic but all I got was two teenage rhythmic gymnasts. Which means all I'm suitable for is to carry a plastic ball in one hand or to wave a ribbon around.

    This is one of them.

I can't do any part of that. So much for similarities.

    Ha ha! Two men:

Antonio Bernado, male marathon runner from Andorra
    Craig Bellamy, British soccer player

If I poke around the graph, looking for the women closest to me, I come up with a German beach volley ball player and a Chinese swimmer (that is a tall Chinese woman!).

DH's stats turn up a bunch of swimmers, which makes sense, he looks like one, tall, lean, broad shoulders.
