I understand frustration of those not too familiar with downloading applications. However, I went to cnet and easily found the free version of Expat Shield. I downloaded it. I then downloaded firefox. When firefox was downloaded and installed, opened it, and then clicked on Expat Shield to activate it (it comes up on new firefox tab.) Googled to the BBC site and tried to view video. It prompted me to download the latest version of Flash, which I did. I am now able to watch BBC video, which is slightly lower def than NBC, but has the huge advantage of not skipping and buffering, plus there is commentary. Well worth the 45 minutes or so of downloading.
