Eventing drawn order
This is from a post on H & H.
According to Uptown Eventing:
Ecuador
USA
Australia
France
South Africa,
Poland
Germany
Ireland
Canada
Belgium,
Netherlands
Belarus
Japan
Brazil
Italy,
Austria
Great Britain
Sweden
Jamaica
New Zealand,
Russia
Thailand.
I'm not real sure how this works, though.
Does this mean Nina Ligon will be last on Friday, or do they do one full run through and then start over again?
Looks like Ronald Zabela will be the first to go, though.

.
I think it is this. I know one of our riders is on for dressage on Saturday which would cement that theory.

According to H & H, the rider the South Africans chose was removed by the CAS and must be replaced by Alexander Peternell.

Once the CAS said Alexander Peternell would represent South Africa, South Africa decided not to send anybody at all. A second appeal to CAS has resulted in the CAS insisting Alexander must go to Greenwich.
Tubby Reddy of the South African Olympic association (SASCOC) said: “It is indeed a very sad day for us as a country to be instructed to select an athlete into Team South Africa against our will, but being a disciplined member of the Olympic Movement we have no option but to adhere fully to this decision.
There is definitely some behind-the-scenes BS going on here.

That's how its always been done in the past, one from each team goes then they start over again.
Thanks for posting the start order.

According to the FEI site, the individuals will be interspersed among the team riders. So all the individuals might not be going in the first round of team riders.
According to H & H, two of theirs will go on Saturday and three on Sunday.
Where is the Chronicle in all of this?
