I'd flip-flop USA and SWE, but I agree with the top 3.

That's pretty useless. Where are the stats that were used?

When it comes to equestrian I find it so hard to chose who to cheer for - I fall in love with a horse, perhaps admire a rider, and want them to win, regardelss of their country. I'm loyal to Canada in general, tho.

It would be great to see GB place well after all the years of German/Dutch dominance.

No need to get snarky, eb.

Without the data used, it's useless. That's a fact.

It's good to be a European statistician connected with the top of the dressage world. Good marketing.

Your ignorance is not a valid reason to dismiss these folks as useless.

Interesting that the EuroDressage article shows a different finding by Global Dressage Analytics, beginning at 4th place -

    1 - GBR
    2 - GER
    3 - NED
    4 - DEN
    5 - USA
    6 - ESP
    7 - SWE
    8 - POL
    9 - CAN
    10 - AUS

    http://www.eurodressage.com/equestri...olympic-medals .

Sure hope GBR does take Gold! It would be so great to see someone break the Dutch and German stranglehold on the top podium! And who better to do it than the Brits on their home turf?

    "We" ??
Why sh-t on somebody else's parade ? These folks are very well qualified to have a little fun by using their statistics in this way. You are not, it would seem, qualified to pass judgement.

This site seems to offer stats for a price. Seems to be pretty graphics re-inventing statistical methodology....

Most importantly, no p-values in any of this work.

In this case p is for prediction not probabilities. You shouldn't take it all so seriously.
