Default Looking for Dressage Instructor in Central NJ

I am looking for a dressage instructor in the central New Jersey area. My horses are not far from the Horse Park of NJ. I would love for some one to come to me, but am more than okay with trailering to some one if they aren't too far. (Within 45 mins or so).

I appreciate any ideas here! Thanks!

Its been awhile since I lived in NJ-my trainer-Sara Schmitt and her students often went to the Dressage Shows there. She is located in Readington at Hawk Hollow Farm-if she is too far-she may know someone closer.

    Hi There!

My instructor, Gabriel Armondo, comes to my boarding barn a few times a week in Howell, and probably passes very close to you when he is driving down 195 to get to us. He is great with riders of all levels. Great perspective, fair with the horses and has high expectations without pushing too far or too much. He might be willing to stop at your place on the way, or if you want, you could probably trailer over to us at Eagle Crest, which is about 20 mins from the horse park.

He's an FEI "I" judge, just recently judged the Pan-Am games this year and often judges the big shows in CA and FL. I remember thinking after the Pan-Am games, "Wow, two days ago he was judging Steffen and Heather, and now he's watching me ride....I must look especially bad right now!" LOL.

Anyway, if you want contact info., just PM me!

Try David Guy who has Winchester Farm in Flemington and also travels.

Lisa Lewis-Greene teaches out of Three Charm Farm in Southampton. She is fantastic, a gifted teacher and trainer, very positive. Debuted this year at Grand Prix with Picasso's Bleu.

PM me if you need her contact info. I really can't recommend her enough!
