Sigh, weight ... I've struggled with it my entire life. For me, it comes off my back first then it sneaks around front working from the top down.

Yeah, sounds about right.

I envy you!!! I lost about the same amount of weight and am STILL the possessor of killer tatas. I went way down in size for everything but bra and tops and my tops look fairly silly now, with the shoulder seam drooping way down the arm, but if I get something that fits my arms and waist, it won't fit anywhere else. I am doomed to oversized shirts/tops as 3X is about the only size that lets me breathe

What she said! Way to go!!!
I've lost 23 lbs since early December. My boobs are also shrinking, but not too much yet. I use padded bras because they're pretty darn saggy (but not as bad as Ms. Choksondik from South Park). A friend thought I was a D-cup when I measure a B-cup, just from the pads

I'm losing weight, too, down 64 pounds. You're lucky if you're just losing cup size. I've lost that, and they're now sagging practically down to my waist.
Small price to pay, though, for how much better I feel and how much more I can do.

I'm sorry to learn this fact new to me. Who tells men about such things?
In my experience the first place fat or padding comes off is my face and the last place it comes off is the pad of belly fat under my navel, that last despite two decades of trying various approaches.
While I was happy to have lost at least the first 10 of 15-16 pounds a while ago (and in both places!), I could have done without the resulting manifestation of much more defined facial lines and wrinkles.
If I knew what I were doing, why would I take lessons?

I've lost fifty pounds over the last year or so and I went down one band size, but my cup size stayed the same. I really wanted to lose some in that area!

That is always the sequence for me along with the gut being the last to lose and the first to come back

Completely normal for women. Breasts are primarily made up of fat. We tend to lean out from top to bottom when we lose body fat. Our bodies want to hang onto hip/thigh/glute fat the most to help preserve fertility.
Very lean women with large breasts probably have implants

I may be the oddball... but when I lose weight only my band size goes down. I've been anywhere from 145 to 185 (size 8 to 12/14) and sadly I stay a DD... my waist goes first... followed probably by back and thighs... classic hourglass figure.

Evolutionary biology and psychology have fascinated me for 15 or more years. It all makes sense for women in terms of reproductive viability, but the weight-loss fluctuations for men don't seem to compute. Then again most men over 35 or forty in America nowadays run to fat and big guts.
If I knew what I were doing, why would I take lessons?

Try a primal or paleo diet. I am doing that and while I have lost a few inches off my band size, my cup size has remained consistent- 36D to 34DD. The fat has come from my waist- 38" to 29". It's also coming off hips and thighs.
When I did low fat, I always lost boobs and face first.

Okay, maybe I'm stupid -- again guys don't get into this weight loss stuff as much -- but what is a band size? Is that a waist size?
My waist size 16-7 lbs and many years ago used to be a 34. Now it's a 31 and I think I could fit a 30.
None of my old clothes fit and after a year or more, I know they never will again so I need to discard the cheap ones or have the rest of the quality ones altered.
I am baffled. When I weighed what I do now at age 29, my waist size was also 28/29. Now it's 31 and I can't imagine how I could squeeze my hips into a 28/9" waist. There just isn't enough flesh there to get past to fit that. Fat and muscle I understand, but bones? What happened?!
If I knew what I were doing, why would I take lessons?
