Default question for paras or para coaches

Sending my forms to ec tomarrow(thankfully their office is in town, buti dont wanna go downtown in person, those whove been there on our capital know why!)

What does it mean to own the podium?
I know its hard for paras to get regular jobs and pay their way
My coach said somthing about needing me to be carded

just slightly confused as to how things work after being carded!

Id be a grade three probably, luckly my coach has a experienced para horse to ride when i start again, actually quite a few are capable!
Beyond the Ring-para dressage, training, coaching
