Default The Original USEF Colbert Rebuttal Video is Back!

They have re-listed it on YouTube:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=99-0R...eature=related

I think it's shorter than it was last weekend.

I prefer the one where they hand out beer
Nothing says "I love you" like a tractor. (Clydejumper)

The reports states, “Elizabeth reported that she accidently put down this pony, ........, at the show.”

I'm kind of surprised (If he saw the whole thing) that Colbert didn't do a riff on the two Cole-bear vs Colburt pronunciations that Brian used.

I wondered about that, too, especially since the variations of "dressage" were noted. Maybe he didn't see that version. Or maybe he's saving that for a later date.

No intention of hijacking this thread... but if Budweiser is going to be linked in some way to dressage, I want to play too:

That video begs the question- was the rider wearing that ensemble before s/he got on? Or did the horse stand while that gear was applied with the rider already mounted?

    Either way, tolerant horse!

The horse stood while the Bud can was put on and later taken off. It was impossible to mount and/or dismount while wearing it!!

I was, how you say, tickled, that academic equitation was recognized by our major comedic icons like the Leddermann, Maher, and Coldbert. Then I realized that there might be some ridicularity in these coverages. It made me a bit hurt and I had some wine to become calm.
Now I have seen the response to the fun that was had at the expense of dressage peoples. All I can say is, what a weak ass, lame, not funny, comeback! Really? That the best we can come up with? Someone better do a whole lot better than that or we deserve it!
To the Rafalca team. If I was from the U.S.A. I would not vote for the horses owner for Alderman but the horse has been improved through gymnastic training very very good! I will drink a toast to their good luck against the Brits, Dutch, Germans, and of course, my country. they are really going to need it.
    Bravo!

You are a funny guy, Don Roberto - I particularly liked your use of wine.
Trainer's website - photos of my horse Airborne under About and Francesca Edwards also in media page 1
