I was attacked at work today!!!
Part of my job involves walking through vast expenses of land and today I was surrounded!
First, I look back and this is stalking me:

And then the reinforcements come from the other side!
http://pic70.picturetrail.com/VOL179.../403092025.jpg
And getting closer!
http://pic70.picturetrail.com/VOL179.../403092026.jpg
And closer!!!!

Yee Haw!

The Ranch manager commented that I"must know horses" since I correctly identified them as Haflinger instead of remarking that "them Belgians are awful small!"

On a more serious note, you can see the plume of smoke from the Springer fire (Lake George, CO) if you look closely at the background:

The scenery and livestock are both stunning!
You jump in the saddle,
Hold onto the bridle!
Jump in the line!

Stunning vistas and very attractive cattle and horses. I wonder what they do with that many Haflingers? Are they breeders or do they have an eight horse hitch?

That's hilarious! They were obviously hoping that you were carrying some noms. Those definitely look like some happy animals!

How absolutely terrifying! What a bunch of hooligans!
When I was looking at your pics I could just hear them singing
"When you're a Jet,
You're a Jet all the way
From your first cigarette
To your last dyin' day. "
"Aye God, Woodrow..."

Beautiful country, and lucky you that you get to be out in it (although perhaps not yesterday. Damn, it was HOT.) What do you do? I might be interested in changing careers for that view
