    the color test came back there you go;

    " Coat Color results for Bint zahra(DT31565):

    Gray Result:
    N/N - No copies of the gray gene. Horse will not turn gray. "

    So she will stay bay

    As I expected

    It's very cool you tested her. I can see why some thought maybe gray, though I don't see why anyone thought "without a doubt gray", so this test, without having to wait for her to grow up, is a good example of how it's not always SO obvious and it can be added to the pool of mental examples for everyone

    Yup u got it right JB u actually seem to be an expert once it comes to colors! I read some of your comments on other thread. You r absolutely right, testing is easy & everyone should take advantage of it )

    I certainly wasn't the only one who said "stay bay"

    Testing in this case wasn't a necessity - time would have told this story Other times though testing is absolutely necessary to know, despite what you might think you see LOL
