Odd Question--John Madden
I've been reading a bit about TB racing history lately and a name that pops often from the first two decades of the twentieth century was a professional horseman from NY named John Madden. A Preston Madden, who I believe to have been a son or brother of that John Madden owned Hamburg Place in Lexington and stood War Admiral.
Is the current big name jumper guy related to these iconic racing figures?

Preston was John's grandson. I can't find any evidence of Frank Madden being related to John E. Madden. John also had another grandson, Patrick, who died in 1999, but I can't find any wiki information on him, so maybe the connection is there somehow.
Might just be a coincidence though. Wonder if shoe guy Steve Madden is at all incorporated... hehe.
