    Default German Martingale help

Is Nunn Finer the only one out there who makes a german martingale with rubber reins and the ability to move the martingale to a different breastplace? I would just buy the Nunn Finer one, but am holding out hope there might be something like it for less?

Default good luck with your shopping

Not sure if you will find a cheaper one, but bought the Nunn Finer one several years ago and it has held up extremely well. I couldn't find any others out there at the time. good luck

I spent a long time looking and this was the only one I found as well. The quality is good - would have liked to seen a couple spots stitched instead of riveted but that is my only complaint.

Hmmmm alright thanks. I am wondering now if that place in PA that makes tack for Nunn Finer has this in their shop, since supposedly it's one of their "made in the USA" pieces of equipment. Anyone in who has been to Bartville recently or has their catalog know?

Bartville has it in their catalog, as well as each individual part. Don't recall prices offhand.

Tack Shack in Ocala will make you adjustable german martingale with clips on both endes. One end for the reins and the other for the breast plate. I had mine made there and it was like $30. They are very helpful. Just call and ask them about it.
