Default Small brag on my good dog

My almost 2 year old lab/boxer/Dane/border collie/whatever passed his Canine Good Citizen test yesterday! Yea!!

Not a huge deal, but its the first time I've at all seriously pursued formal training with one of my dogs, and the first time I tried something like this. Lewis was a star. He's a really neat fellow, fun to work with and we're having a great time with it.

Congrats! But you broke a serious coth rule. No posting about cute/good pets without pictures!

WRONG! It is indeed, a huge deal. Every single dog owner in the USA should be .required. to get a CGC on their dog. It would be a simple, easy way to reduce bite stats.

If you have not already done something special for both of you, I hope you do now! And give that good boy a scritch and a cookie from all of us!

    CONGRATULATIONS!

And yes, it is a big deal! I want to do it too with my boxer/pittie/blackmouth cur/hound dog whatever.

And you did break the first rule in CoTHing about pets, we need pictures, preferably ones with him and his certificate and a graduation cap on his head.

no, good job for the both of you, after looking at the Good Citizen requirements I can tell you right now neither of my two dogs would pass, I bet Whiskey would have but Remy nor Kahlua would

he is hyper and she is cautious of those she doesn't know
