    Default Will he roll ?

Tomorrow my conservancy is putting on an event for a local hay bank. The speaker is an equine massuese who will be using my horse as a demo. Will be very busy tomorrow so just finished giving him a bath today. He is locked in a stall drying out, but be turned back out shortly as he runs in and out. Do you think he will roll outside ?

    positively YES

at least try to put a sleazie/sheet combo on him if you put him out- that way you'll only have to touch up his legs when he rolls

Has it been raining in your area, and is there mud? If yes, then he will roll.

well, if that's the case- he may even roll in the stall, and get some nice yellow poop stains

Either way- green spot out is your friend

    Good luck!

He will definitely roll. Wait. Maybe you'll get lucky and he'll just sleep on a pile of poop!

So far so good. Just checked on him and he hasnt rolled yet. The soil is on the sandy side here so he doesnt ever get mudcaked, just dusty. Through the years, the horses have made a little dug up rolling area. I hate when he grinds dirt into the roots of his mane. He may end up with some grass stains tomorrow cause he likes to take a nap after breakfast. He shouldnt be too hard to shine up. I do have a vacuum i can use if necessary.

Whew so far so good. Had a little sawdust on him but that brushed off easy. He is brushed, fly sprayed and they are calling for a morning rain. What matters now is what he does in the next seven pre-trailer ride hours.
