I gave our website address to her brother and sister in law----I told her brother that there were a lot of people here who were touched by her life. I hope they visit and see what an impact she has made in so many lives.
We were all so privleged to have crossed paths with "CactusKate" she truly was courage and strength personified. I only knew her briefly on this BB, but am so inspired by her. I wish her family peace in this impossibly difficult time.
I echo everyone's thoughts here. I know her only through this BB, but the pics of her and Bud are indelibly printed on my brain. How wonderful she was to share that with us and leave us the gift of her courage and inspiration! Like everyone here, I'll forever remember her humor and grace, and above all, her reminder to grab every moment while we're here on the planet.
Here's to CactusKate, raising a glass to you in thanks and in admiration.
My deepest sympathy goes out to her family and friends...both in real-life and cyber. She will be greatly missed here SUZ

I always get my CoTH very late, and then this time I didn't read it until last night. I was shocked to hear the news! I have been swamped and barely had time to go out on the dressage board, and no one mentioned this that I had seen.
Truly sad. Did anyone put together some of her best posts as a memorial out here? I haven't seen it if they have...

I don't know about the "best posts" but we did take up a collection and in this weeks Chronicle (which I'm guessing you'll receive next February) there is a FP, 4/c ad as a memorial to her.
