Default kieffer tree size-what does the number mean?

I have a Kieffer saddle that has a #10 tree size. Does anyone know what this means? I did a search but couldn't come up with much. I'm just not sure if it's a medium or a medium-wide and need to know because I'm probably going to end up consigning it. Thanks!

I imagine if you called Kieffer they would be more than willing to help.
