My wonderful husband is not really a four-legged horse person (he prefers his horses to be in the engines of farm machinery, automobiles, motorcycles or airplanes), so I prefer to choose my own horses, but he does VERY well in the jewelry department and also indulges me with my equine interests. We have been married for over 35 years now, so it works for us!

Unless "diamond" is just a color for a Nissan Titan (quad cab, leather, tow package, running boards, skid plates) I'm not interested.

He is total garbage! Quick! Hide him on my trailer (Petstorejunkie).

Horse! Have told him time and again....

of course, mrb wouldn't be dumb enough to go shopping himself. That's like ME picking out an Aussie puppy for him. No way would I deny him that experience of choosing one!
(A decidedly unhorsey) MrB knocks over a feed bucket at the tack shop and mutters, "Oh crap. I failed the stadium jumping phase."

My husband bought me my Lipizzan mare as a belated 10th wedding anniversary present. For our 20th, he's buying me another Lipizzan of my choice.

    So, I pick the horse

Note in the cartoon that the woman is looking at the horse instead of the man.
