I started my horse on this, and he is much more steady in the bridle. Back feels wonderful, and he has always been a horse who carries tension through the back (big, long, hotter OTTB, loin a weak point in this horse). I'd like to attribute some of this to the wonderful, classic dressage training of late - but, I'm curious as to how effective this drug is at helping to manage neck arthritis. I don't want to go on a fishing expedition, as the horse is sound, but I'm very curious, and admittedly not done as much research on the mechanism of this drug as I typically would.

FWIW, I've never felt this type of response with Legend or Adequan...

And RAyers, if you chime in, was it you who suggested that oral HA might diffuse to the tissues, possibly contributing to some of the anecdotal success with this supplement? I recall, vaguely, reading that somewhere...I'm at 'work' so I can't go on a fishing expedition...my apologies if I'm pulling this out of thin air
