I just had to post this pic I took yesterday of my favorite view of the world; between my pony's ears. I think she likes her view almost as much. I got this mare free and was very uncomfortable taking her as I already had another horse, but she is a total gem (her name is even Jewel). She is like a four-wheeler and will go up and down these desert hills without barely burning a bit of gas LOL.

Were you around Soledad Canyon road or in Rosamond? Looks like you have a crowd to ride with! I can never find people around here who want to ride. I'm usually at the barn by myself!

Equestrian Trails Inc. Corral 83 in Tehachapi led the ride around the south side of Soledad Mountain, which is the same mountain next to the 14 freeway with the Silver Queen Mine on the north side of it.

Corral 83 puts on a lot of nice rides.
