Default Dressage Newbie Needs Saddle Help!

I am looking for a dressage saddle for my young horse in training. I have no dressage experience myself and just looking for a saddle to get us through the next year or two as she is growing. Here's a couple I have heard good things about:

    County Perfection
    Albion Ultima
Regal Monoflap - wool flocked model

I prefer a more narrow twist/close contact feel with a softer seat. Any opinions or advice? Thanks!

What kind of back does she have? Moderate withers/flat? High withers/low? Moderate withers/dippy? Low withers/wide shoulder/broad back? More description would help!

In general, a deeper seated dressage saddle doesn't fit as generously as the average close contact, so going up a 1/2 or full size is often correct. But it will also depend on the flap and stirrup bar positioning.
