    Default Rolex Weather

Wow the weather forecast looks great, 60s during the day and cool at night, perfect! Leaving in two days, can't wait. Hoping to meet some COTHers there.

As of this morning, it looks like Saturday is "showers". I am hoping that, as mostly happens around here, the weather folks are wrong.

At least, it is supposed to be 72 degrees with the showers.

We are supposed to have some upper 30's for nights, so bring some warm clothes along with your shorts.

    Talking

I have to share my niece's custom Rolex shirt she created, so if you see someone with this shirt on, you know it is of my group.

My non horsey Brother in law loves Rolex and has been going for many years. Last year while watching the dressage for day two he was getting a tad bit um well okay bored. He came up with the saying, "I come for the lead changes." -noting the most exciting part of the test of him

So here is what my 13 year old niece came up with, please no commenting on the choice of the rider to opt for a derby rather than a helmet.

I love it. I bet a lot of riders wish they could "come for the lead changes"!!

Hoping for a mostly dry trip. I'm coming from rain-starved West TX, so I'll do my best to bring the drought with me for as long as I'm there.

In my experience it always rains!

Of course, I'm not going this year so you do stand a chance

We got our first real rain here in FL this weekend after a very long dry spell. I am sure it will rain at some point, but that is okay it will be a blast regardless!

So much fun meeting lots of COTHers today and quite a few of you remembering the shirt my niece created. We are going to wear them again tmrw for day two of dressage! See you at Rolex.
