Default Ideas for keeping the Grazing Muzzle on the Houdini Horse!

My EASY keeper QH mare stays on a dry lot during the day and is turned out at night with a grazing muzzle on. However, she is a QUEEN at scratching off her muzzle no matter how I configure it. I have tried attaching a twine browband to it, trying a muzzle connected to a halter, etc. This is a mare that can scratch off a bridle and halter when tied in a riding ring waiting for lesson students so that she can go eat grass. She is too smart for her own good...

    Additional information:
She only recieves 2.5 cups of TC 30 spread out into am and pm feedings and a couple of flakes of fescue (I'm not sure of the weight...) a day. I am in college and will have a full time job over the summer, but I ride her as much as I can (but not enough...)

Does anyone have ANY ideas to keep the muzzle ON or ways to keep the weight off?
