    Yeah, Bumpkin. Count me in.
People assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect, but actually from a non-linear, non-subjective viewpoint - it's more like a big ball of wibbly wobbly... timey wimey... stuff.

It always amazes me the true warmth and caring that comes straight through the computer in a time like this.
Dublin has definitely left an impact on many lives and will be missed.
Condolences for the family. I'm very sorry for your loss but rejoice in the gain that you had in knowing her and loving her.

Several of our dear BBers had emailed me for details about the funeral. I emailed Dave, and this was his reply:

"I would love people from the board who are interested to come. That was certainly an important part of Dee Dee's life, and she made so many friends there (I am in awe of the love and support she had from that thread you started).

"The service is this Friday, Feb. 14 at 11:00 a.m. It will be held at the Presbyterian Church of Sunnyvale, located at 728 W. Fremont Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94087."

Count me in for the ad. And I like Bumpkin's idea of a collage.

I can't make it to the service, but you are in my thoughts.
I would be happy to contribute, or to a donation to a charity in Dublin's honour.

    Hi guys, David here.

Yesterday, we created a couple of boards for remembrance of Dee Dee for the service Friday. The first was her as she grew up, and the second was from our time together. I am so touched about Connie's idea of a collage. I guess our webshots page should have enough photos. As to any charitable donation, if anyone wishes, I don't know the name of it, but it was a horse rescue fund that she was talking about last year. My firm is making a contribution either to the ACS or to something specific for breast cancer research, and I know that she loved being able to help out a horse in need.

Thank you all so much for your wonderful show of caring and support. I know that Deed knows about all of your kind words, and that she appreciates them as much as I do (or is it "do I?" Not sure of how that goes...)

Bless you all. DLB and Lucy.

Coreene (or anyone) do you know what horse rescue dublin was particularly fond of? I know United Pegasus does a lot of good work out west...was that it?
