    Default Barns Near St.Louis MO

    Hey everyone,
Wow, I haven't been on here in a long time!
So I am going to be moving to Chesterfield,MO in January and I am looking for barns for my horse in that area. I am attending to Logan College of Chiropractic so my apartment will probably be somewhere around there. Thanks for your help guys!

Check out Capitol Farm especially if you are an eventer! Ellen will prob comment on this but she runs the place and it is minutes from Logan. She brings in Brad hall every month or two. Event trainers are hard to come by here!

What level are you riding? Do you need a lower level trainer around all the time or are you independent? There is one ICP certified instructor there named lei Ruckle. I've worked with her and found her to have a good eye. Her number is in the omnibus and she could tell you some other barns to go to.

My horse and I are currently competing at preliminary level, but a trainer will not be necessary. I will be happy to just have my horse with me and be able to ride, let alone worrying about affording lessons.

A place called Mechlin farms. I currently have a horse in training there. They do a wonderful job, it is a very friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Its more of the H/J scene, but still great.
