DH found them Googling for a less expensive source of certain brand of blanket (Weatherbeeta I think) for the new horse. Found it here, ordered it and it shipped within the hour!
And didn't fit. Boooo. So he called and talked to the lady about exchanging it, no big deal she said, they'd send the new one out and credit the card when the other showed back up....then she changed her mind. Only charged us for the shipping of the new one, and gave us 30 days to return the other one.
And again, new one shipped (with confirmation email and tracking number via email) with the hour!
He said she was very pleasant on the phone, and showed me the Web site. They have great prices on toooooons of stuff, and free shipping over $99.
Meh, I ordered a couple feed bags from them and it took well over a month to get here. I had to contact them to find out they were back ordered after a couple weeks went by and then I had to contact them a couple weeks after that to remind them that now that they had them in stock, they needed to ship them to me.
