So I have a Jeffries dressage saddle that has a stamp on the saddle:
Does anyone know how to decode this or is there no meaning whatsoever (beside the middle number I am sure is the seat size_?
I'll take a stab at it:
First is the code number (for the type of saddle--for their listing and identification purposes).
Second is the seat size.
Third is the tree width (1 - medium, 2 - wide, 3 - extra wide)
That's just based on info on their site. If you want something more exact, send them an email!
"Relinquish your whip!!"
Email Jeffries, and they'll explain it to you.
Thanks for the suggestions of e-mailing I e-mailed them after the responses and hopefully they will get back to me.
I emailed them a year or so ago about one made in 1987. They responded very quickly.
