Default Looking (in NJ, MD, PA) for Safe, Comfortable Trail/Lower-Level Dressage Horse

Looking for a quiet, safe trail horse in Central NJ - ideally with some dressage basics. Would prefer 15H or so - can't get on and off something much bigger due to knee issues. Have one on free lease now, but she's way too reactive to everything around her for me to feel confident on her. Wonderful home on private farm with loving care - great references available.

Hi! My guy is about 16h but very quiet - I currently give walk/trot lessons to an 8 yr old with him. Other than that he hasn't really been in work since May 2011. We primarily did H/J when I was riding him. If you want to give him a try let me know! I'd love to have him near my parents' house so I could visit him!
Eta - I am not giving him away, looking for a free lease situation.
My CANTER cutie Chip and IHSA shows!

I can vouch for Jan Weber. Any horse would think they died and went to heaven at her farm:-))
