Care to share your favorite low cal snacks and meals?

I just made a 3 point "meal"-I guess its lunch.

1 Mission Carb-Balance flour tortilla-2 points
1 slice 2% american cheese, cut in 3 pieces-1 point
Salsa-0 points

Heat a nonstick pan and spray w/Pam. Place cheese on 1/2 of tortilla and add drained salsa on top. Fold in half and toast, turning once. Watch or they burn quickly. So good.
