    Default Brown Field Boots Anyone

Grrrr... I wish these were my size. My first field boots were Millers and I loved them!

Oooh those are tempting...I take an 8.5 slim calf.

I have a pair of brown Der Daus but unfortunately they dropped a lot (no zippers) and they are a good couple inches too short. I am still debating getting tops put on them. If I do I will wear them to schooling shows for sure!
I've spent most of my life riding horses. The rest I've just wasted.

Oooh pretty! I'm also an 8.5 slim and emailed the owner for actual measurements. Keeping my fingers crossed!

*drooling* Is there any way to shrink one's feet I wonder or stretch boots by, oh, a full size or so?

We got custom brown boots from Vogel. My daughter wears them with the brown Charles Owen helmet. She gets tons of compliments.

Just saw these while trolling ebay this am, looks like they'll be a great deal for someone with smaller calfs than me!

You had to point these out! My size, but a little wide in the calf... but I might just have to go for these...
Why do I like most horses better than most people?

I'm waiting for someone to point out the pair that will fit me like a charm and end up selling for $100-150!

Good luck. If they weren't narrow I was going to email about them too.

They remind me of a pair I had as a kid (hand me downs from Maryanne Steiert so all the more precious) that they almost had to cut off me the last time I wore them. I really hated to give them up. Stupid growth spurt.

I bought a pair of gorgeous brown field boots this summer. They were from Dogwood Saddlery in London and the price was certainly right! They come in a variety of sizes, calf widths and heights. I was a little skeptical when I ordered them because they were a touch on the cheaper side but when they came I was impressed. The leather is really nice and they seem to be well made.

You can get these in the US through classic saddlery, they sell for just under $200 here.

I found it by accident when looking for I think Ariat closeouts.

For those interested, you can also order petrie field boots in both dark brown and cognac from the Netherlands for under $500 and they have a wide variety of sizes as well.

    currently $452 + about $45 ship, right at $500.

Have to brag. I just picked up a beautiful pair of brown dehners that fit perfectly. We have a little consignment shop here so they ran me... $50.

I just received my eBay pair. The shaft fits perfectly and they are beautiful, but even though I measured umpteen times, the foot is too big. They seem like a men's 10/women's 11. I am tall, so it's not as if I look like a little kid playing dress up (although in truth, that's what I'm doing), so I could get away with wearing them, but I wonder if I should sell and keep looking.
