Heh...I'm 5'7" and my Dehner's are 21" tall. Do these really have a foot size of 11.5?
If the foot size isn't quite as big as it seems, I would be tempted to get them and have them trimmed into a spanish top. The boots mentioned above are tall enough, but I really want a spanish top and the extra inch onthe craig's list boots might allow for that.

FWIW - I am a 11 foot size, tall height, regular calf in Ariat. I measured my boots to see how they compared to the Dehners and the foot on mine measured 12" from front to back for a size 11. So most likely, the Dehners are more on the order of a size 10ish?
Just FYI, on the measurements...my size 8 Effinghams (which have been in my closet for EVER), and are a standard/regular, not custom/tall/short or anything special Women's Size 8:
foot, 11 and 1/4" long
calf 15" circumference outside boot
17" from spur rest to top of boot
21" from bottom of heel to highest point of boot
3 3/4" at widest point of foot
So my guess is that these boots are a bit taller than average, a foot size 9 or so, slightly wider than average and the calf circumference, a bit wide, too.
The calf on the pictured Dehners, with their boot trees in, looks wider than the calf on my Effinghams (also with boot trees).
Nice boots! (but I don't think they're going to fit a women's 11 1/2!)
