Dressage instructor in NC (near Fuquay Varina, and Angier NC)
Looking for a reputable dressage instructor (or an eventer that has any desire to teach dressage) in the Angier / Fuquay Varina area that would be willing to work (patiently) with a wonderful adult horsewoman, who is new to dressage, but is ready to learn, and has lower level showing ambitions (Intro test A/B for now!).
Cute horse, not going to be a PSG horse, but when he puts it together, he is quite a nice little picture.
I know a great trainer my area, unfortunately at this time she cannot travel quite that much due to business demands.
Above any credentials, this person needs to be KIND to rider and horse, and not engage in any "quickie" training practices, or other creative techniques...
Thanks all!

Adding:
Instructor needs to be able to come to the student. Student does not have capability to haul for lessons at this time.
Thanks!

you'd probably REALLY like Dawn Weniger I don't know if she travels to students or not.

Eventually she will be able to haul out for lessons, but we lost our horse trailer in a barn fire and havent gotten to replace it yet.

A second vote for Dawn Weniger :-). She travels but I am not sure if that is too far for her or not. If so, she could always point you in the direction of a good instructor/trainer.

Take a look at the NCDCTA website. It has a directory of trainers in NC with their contact details.

There is a dressage trainer at Pepperwood. Christine something. A woman at my barn rides with her and like her A LOT. But I don't know if she travels.
Pepperwood has a website; http://www.pepperwoodfarm.com/
Pepperwood also puts on clinics with a couple well known trainers such as Jim Koford.

Rebecca Vick is working out of Pepperwood Farms. She was a working student for Jim Koford for many years before going out on her own and she has her USDF gold metal. Great clinician.
