I am so impressed with the foals I've seen here this year..Maybe 'less is more'?? seems the quality is really across the board on bloodlines..And Rosa is the first foal I've had SERIOUS thoughts about keeping...at least for awhile...to enjoy her growing up.
We've been blessed to have some very nice babies, and I can see so many here have as well..Congrats to everyone!
LOVE the canter on 'Squirt'!

First US-born O'Splendido Foal
Our last of the season and hopefully our last July baby for a long time to come! Pik's Pandora presented what turned out to be the first O'Splendido (Burggraaf-Voltaire-QDR) baby born in the US. She's a very typey filly with star, snip and 4 socks. http://i1041.photobucket.com/albums/...4hoursoldb.jpg http://i1041.photobucket.com/albums/...ewHoursOld.jpg

Congrats on the new foal, and I hope he is all you had patiently waited for.
I have to say that I sincerely hope he's at a facility that can properly care for him. Have you seen this thread?

I'd not be toe keen on having any foal of mine in Jill's care. Especially if she's housing it at either of her 'facilities' that are poorly set up to protect babies from the elements.

He is very cute and the mare looks good. Jingles you can get them somewhere more dependable soon.

Orame Colt
This is High Society, by Orame out of a Riverman mare.
He is shedding out a very dark bay, almost black. Super personality, very athletic, friendly and inquisitive. Couldn't have asked for more. Love him!

Gorgeous!!! He's probably going to end up the same shade as his mom. What a striking color that is, I just love that stark contrast between body and mane/tail color

Okay, so I am a bit late with my foal announcement, but on August 10th my mare Zara had a huge chestnut filly. Her barn name is Siri, her registered name will be Morning Star 55.
