    Default Monte Bellini Movement?

Ok, I'm thinking about Monte Bellini for my mare but I can't seem to find ANY information, scores, video clips, etc. showing his movement.

I want to improve my mare's movement, will Monte Bellini do this?

    Thanks!

We have 2 Monte Bellinis out of a state premium mare by montezuma (hannover by mont du chantal AA x Argentan). In addition I have seen a lot of fillys by MB at our regional foal inspection tours.

What to say about MB's heredity:
Mares should carry blood (TB or else) for refinement, despite MB fillys all had a very good conformation. MB himself has average movement as his fillys have. They are not bad, but you shouldn`t expect an improvement of movement. Also there are often coloured foals like chestnut with a lot of markings (We also have one )

Sorry for my english, I´m German

    I like your colt, tom

Our two mares by MB are born in 2007 and 2008. The 2007 mare (Montana) was awarded State Premium Mare in 2010 like her mother and her older halfsister Adela by Askanier. The younger one (Merilin) is State Premium candidate (is that the right translation for a StPrA?) and did her MPT in 2012, but is not awarded yet. Montana is expecting a foal by Levistano (http://www.neustaedter-gestuete.de/d...abet/levistano) this may. Merilin is under saddle at the moment (i ride her) and she is doing very well. She is so ambitious to jump, she never refuses performance, what makes her not easy to ride, but I love those type of horses

I try to show you some pictures

Didin't I just read on another thread that his frozen is not very good? If so, that's a shame. I like this stallion quite a bit.

I heard that his frozen semen isn't very good, but I have no own experience with his frozen semen, because we used fresh semen

Have you seen this old video?

It's interesting to see the pictures shared here, thank you!

I've not seen enough offsprings to make a general assessment but we have a filly that fits in pretty well with Adela's thoughts.

Some pictures of our filly: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?...4067578&type=3

She's by Monte Bellini x Dammen x Stanford

I've got some more videos of our Monte Bellini mare, Ridges Mira that I can share in this thread.

She's 3 years old now and has just been accepted to the Swedish Select Horse Sales (auction for SWB showjumpers).

We are very pleased with her. Monte Bellini has improved on the dams canter but not on the walk or trot.
