Alrighty let's get to this.
Who is hungover today? I am. OI VEY!
I rarely drink and instead of going all over to various places last night (which would have prevented drinking!) I ended up staying at one friends with her and her family and an assortment of pals. We had beer and whiskey and who knows what else! And a lot of goofball fun
I am tired and thirsty. I also have a strong craving for broccoli (I already ate a pound of the stuff!) and protein. I am in bed snuggled up to the cat and have had enough water to hydrate a small country yet still I thirst. I also need a nap.
Happy New Year! How long does this last?

Also hungover...ugg.
Stayed home, and swam in the heated pool drinking margaritas! Had a great time, but very cloudy in the head today.
I would guess by tomorrow you would feel back to normal!

Beethoven....um, jealous!!
Well, not about the hangover part, but margaritas in the heated pool...sounds awesome.
I was hungover this morning....I find that forcing myself to go to the gym helps a bit. but it reallllly sucks.

As the years go by, it takes me much longer to recover from over indulging. I used to be able to sleep a little late and wake up ready to go again.
Now....if I've been overly, overly bad....maybe I'll feel myself in 2 days.
It sure makes me calculate how much I want another drink when the payback for it will be long and drawn out.
I all are back to normal before business hours.

I learned my lesson Christmas eve... too much sake with my fiance.. which ended up me trying to prove my superior Tae Kwon Do skills against his black belt Bjj.. with the disadvantage of being barefoot outdoors.. quite proud of myself, dont know where all those bruises came from...

Hubby was. Not me. I'm a well practiced drunk.
Kidding.
Sort of.
(okay, I fell asleep and didn't imbibe like he did.)

Might be a reason, never an excuse...

Ohhh yeah... I have not yet calibrated how much hard alcohol I can drink without paying the price the next day with my weight loss.
Dragged myself out to the sofa about 30 seconds before my parents showed up to watch football today.
It worked out well - DH didn't want to get beer - so we brought a bottle (or two) from home. Hangover city. Next time I want to get beer - he'll listen. Since I get full from the beer long before I get drunk, I don't get a hangover from beer.

Surprisingly not so bad—a little shaky this morning but no massive headache or anything. We didn't get home until 5 a.m., so I subsequently slept until around 1 p.m. What a wasted day.
My boyfriend on the other hand... Well, let's just say he's left the couch maybe twice today.
As an aside, twotrudoc, I was craving broccoli all day today too! Ended up making a pasta with roasted broccoli, walnuts and lots of good olive oil and cheese.

*Raises Hand*
Thought I was going to be good, but I ended up deciding to stay the night where I was. 2 Coronas, who knows how many Landsharks, some type of Bailey's pudding shot & multiple Sweet Tea vodka shots later... it's 5am and i'm crawling into bed. Woke up at 8:15 to drive home to feed my horses. Ugh.
It wasn't a bad hangover, but boy was it annoying.

Craving broccoli?? Are you sure you are hungover, and not preggo?!
Usually I crave McD's when I'm hungover! Or a Timmy Ho's breakfast sandwich!

I knew it was bad when my bottle of wine was empty before the appetizers arrived at dinner. I later switched to Captain Morgan.
I went to bed about 3, and got up around 9. No pain to report, but there was an intense craving for french toast and bacon.
