Well, I'm hooked on HylaMotion. I started on it one week ago, and I'm convinced. No more occasional "off" steps. It's now part of her permanent diet.

I just hope I can print enough of those $4.00 off coupons to last a LONG time. http://chronicleforums.com/images/cu...milies/lol.gif

Thanks Saddith for your comments on Four Flex; may I ask why you switched to Reitsport w/HA (haven't seen it online)? I have not tried the HA liquid, but I did see it on Kvvet as well and was curious about it.

Oldenburg Mom I see that Hylamotion is advertised on that site for $69.49 minus the 4.00 coupon; but I see Horsepoor posted a link for it selling for 51.99. Are you getting your source to match that price?

Oh boy! Thank you to the person (Oldenburg Mom?) who mentioned Equine USA Online! I just found another supplement - Ration Plus for $22.99. The cheapest I've found it in other places is $27-$30. Thanks. http://chronicleforums.com/groupee_c...icon_smile.gif

I get a 4-lb bucket of EquinylCM from Valley Vet for $78 - the best part is that there's NO SHIPPING charge there! I second Simkie's suggestion of Mountain Vet Supply - I use them occasionally (set up an account before I moved out of Colorado) to order bandage supplies - they have soooooo much more than I can find anywhere on-line. I wish we had a place like them in Maryland!

Just for comparison, kv vet has it for $34 and change, Pet Smart $39.99!

What have folks found for Cosequin? I've been getting mine from Equine-Health.com but now that I've got 2 horses on it, one of whom needs 4 scoops a day, it's getting *pricey*

The price differences and shipping differences are truly amazing. Omaha had great prices and reasonable shipping on a bunch of stuff.

I buy almost everything in bulk through KV Vet. I've compared prices before but either the other companies don't carry the supplements I use or there is a shipping charge that makes it equal out to the same price.

I always figure out the cost per ounce - like KV Vet's Pure MSM in the 40-lb. size ($159.95) is $.25 per ounce. I can't remember if there is a shipping charge but, if so, it's not more than $15 and it still figures out to $.28 per ounce. Compare that to the 4-lb. size of Pure MSM via American Livestock at $46 or $.72 per ounce. It pays to buy in bulk!!! http://chronicleforums.com/groupee_c.../icon_wink.gif

The only reason I switched from four flex was that I wanted to feed my horse stablized flax, biotin, and probiotics. I saw the horsetech product at the equine affaire, and it had everything I wanted in it! Me being a creature of laziness, it was attractive having it all premixed - and really with all the products in it, it is competitively priced. Here is the link to the reitsport HA : http://www.horsetech.com/ReitSport-H...roduct%20Pages

The four flex product is rice bran based by the way.

I have been tempted to try the hylarx liquid, but I have been happy so I just keep ordering from horsetech. http://chronicleforums.com/groupee_c...on_biggrin.gif

Omaha Vaccine has MSM for about $60 for 10 lbs.

    One more: [URL=http://www.springtimeinc.com/live/details.asp?prodid=1]Springtime GL glucosamine[/URL: 72 oz/255 days/$.58 per day/$149.00.

    Thanks for the Hylamotion link!

Not that it will help any of you but our local Producer's Co-op is selling the large tubes (60ccs) of Conquer for $10.99. I couldn't believe it! Seems to be their "normal" price but I'm tempted to stock up in case it will go up soon. I was paying either $13.95 or $14.95 on-line.
