Holy cow!! In the middle of the hunt season?!! Man...something serious must've happened! My impression is that he's a stellar huntsman and loved to watch him show his hounds.
I'm guessing it's the usual...huntsman/masters things. Just sayin'!!

I will only say that I used to guest hunt with Belle Meade in the 70's, and their staff would reciprocate with our hunt. Even as a young man, Charles was an outstanding whip, horseman, and gentleman. He made a subtle but lasting impression. I believe any hunt would be blessed to have him.
