Default I like giving better than getting.

So I had a brilliant idea for xmas gifts for my sisters progeny.

I'm doing paintings for them. In their favorite colours.

The six year old boy is getting monsters,

The seven year old gal is getting a unicorn

The nine year old boy is getting a dragon.

I thought it ws a brilliant idea, until it is now xmas eve and they're still not finished...

Do I finish them tonight, or work on them tomorrow?

I'm a fair artist - I hate to even call myself one since I'm not very good at all, but would like to be. I supposed if I practiced more But it's the thought that counts, right?

    Bahhhh....

Bluesy, they are awesome, and something the kids will cherish for years, I'm sure. Finish them! What time are you due to see them, and how much more work do you think you have to put on them?

    What a great idea :-)

My boyfriend's sisters live with their dad, and I'm too broke to get them anything, so I'm thinking of collectively "enrolling" them in an ohrebecca cookie/muffin/cupcake-of-the-month club as a Christmas present ;-)
