    Default Wellington housing

    Hi All-

I am looking for a room to rent in Wellington/Loxahatchee area for two different weeks this winter: Jan 30-Feb 5 and Feb 26-March 4th. I am clean, quiet, don't smoke and won't have any pets along. Unfurnished is fine (I have a comfy air mattress)... I just need a place to sleep, shower and maybe cook up a bowl of cereal. I don't mind sharing a bathroom. In a perfect world this would cost no more than $250/week. Please contact me if you have or know of something that is available.

    Thanks!
    Rebecca

Maybe this place will give you a weekly rate: http://royalinnhotel.com/. Nothing glamorous, but close to the show.

You could try the real estate section at www.wellington-wef.com or try www.wellingtonhorseforums.com

Best of luck! I'm sure you'll find something!

I don't think you'll have trouble finding a room, but you very well might have trouble finding it for that price. I rented a room for WEF last season for 8 weeks and it was $450/week. Granted, it was in PBP so SUPER close to the show, but I assure you it was absolutely nothing special. Came with a bed and no A/C...well, there was A/C but the home owners didn't find it necessary to turn it on. Hope you have better luck than I did!
Nine out of ten times, you'll get it wrong...but it's that tenth time that you get it right that makes all the difference.

PBP is so expensive! And without A/C... yikes!
