    Default Douglas VDL

Has anyone used this stallion here? I am curious about the quality of semen and what he has produced for you. He is bigger than I prefer, but certainly has a super jump. Anyone have or seen conformation photos? Also, what can the foals be registered, since I thought he wasn't fully KWPN approved? Thanks!

Here are a couple of conformation photos of Douglas taken this past April at the VDL Stallion Show:

Douglas has excellent frozen semen we have had many clients breed to him with great success and they have all been very happy with their resulting foals.

I would not use him on a large heavy mare for best results.
    He is not KWPN approved.

Crosses well with lighter blood type and full blood mares. Has had some nice jumpers here in Ireland and a recent horse by him went for 340k. You can contact Marily Power on Facebook in addition to the VDL Stud. She stood him here in Ireland.

With the Irish Horse Board or the Anglo European Studbook for a start.

I know a lot of offspring that are registered with the KWPN (Register A).

I've had the pleasure of seeing Douglas on many trips to VDL. I already have Darco blood in my mares, or I would have loved to have used him by now.
