Default early Christmas present- only a CoTH'er could love!

My hubby is a mechanic and last evening he came out to the barn to tell me that he spent almost all day working on my Christmas present, but that I really can't see it. I must've looked at him pretty strangely, because he grinned and then told me that he installed a brand new hitch on the truck for me - complete with all new wiring and a new brake controller! Woo hoo! SCORE!

I can't even tell anybody else, because only a CoTH'er would understand such a gift

My man is a mechanic also, and I can certainly see how that would be a wonderful gift!

    Congrats!
It took me nearly 10 years of marriage to convince my hubby that farm/horse related gifts ARE what I really want. Now we're at 20 and I've gotten some really good ones! I happened to balance the checkbook online yesterday and saw a debit at Tractor Supply! Whoo Hoo! That better be my Christmas present!!!!
    Enjoy!!!

I have one like that too.

Mine came home on Valentines day with a beautiful, rusty manure spreader. Best damn Valentines day present ever!

Only a COTH'er would understand a Christmas list that included:

    New wheelbarrows
    New pitchforks
    Goats and or chickens
    Maybe a mini something
A new ball & hitch for the truck....

This past year my daughter turned 16.
    She asked for a wheelbarrow.
She's so much like her mommy.
    Yes, she got it!
