Puppy pictures!
I haven't been on the boards in awhile, but I think I'm going to try to get back in the swing of things.
Since I was last here, I have procured a new puppy! His name is Oliver, and he's 4 months old today. I feel so fortunate to have such a gregarious, delightful, and well behaved puppy.
We're definitely planning on showing in obedience, and likely agility as well (provided I can scrape up the $$ for lessons ). Right now it looks as though he's going to go oversize, but if he doesn't we may dabble in the conformation ring as well.
Without further ado, I introduce Oliver!
At 8 weeks
10 weeks old- the day I brought him home
13 weeks
Testing out the water at the dog park - 14 weeks
15 weeks- starting to look more grown-up
And finally, from today:
Puppy class graduation ( he clearly loved the hat)
Posing for the camera
I love my puppy!
Last one- a slightly messy attempt at a stack
If he grows up to be even a fraction as lovely as his mom or dad, I'll be thrilled to pieces.

Merles are either stunningly gorgeous or stunningly . I fawn over the pretty ones.
Yours is gorgeous. Sorry if I missed this: Sheltie or Collie? If Sheltie, you must do agility!

Aww thanks! I agree about the merles being a very divided group. Lol I love his color, but I'm obviously biased.
He is a sheltie. I'm asking my parents for a Basic Puppy Agility class for Christmas, so hopefully we'll be rolling with that by early next year. There's practice equipment at the dog park we frequent, and he took to it like a duck to water. I'm hopeful he'll like the real deal!
I'm also hoping to do herding, obedience, and possibly therapy dog work with him as well. A lot of it will depend on budget, so I guess time will tell what we actually wind up doing!

What an adorable puppy! I love the merle coloring. And that little face: he looks sweet, innocent and devilish all at the same time.
