Default Google has failed me. Does a copper french link elevator bit exist

Havn't been able to find one online. Has anyone ever seen one?

I've found french link elevators, copper elevators but no french link copper elevators

They do/have made them. I have one. But I got it from a girl at the barn whose horse hated the French link.

Way pricey, but Equusport has them.

Also, the folks at www.abitspecial.com can make just about anything you want at a relatively reasonable price.

    Thanks for the links.

So far the Mikmar Three Ring Cupreon Snaffle looks mostly what I had in mind.

Horse is going great in my trainers 3 ring copper elevator. But he has a super low pallet. So if we stick with the elevator would like something without a single joint.

Have you thought about a happy mouth, or is the copper really making a difference? A happy mouth would probably be easier to find and perhaps less expensive than some of the copper french link options.
I've heard there's more to life than an FEI tent and hotel rooms, so I'm trying it.

IIRC I actually have one of these bits lying around somewhere (somewhere being the key word). So yes, they do make them.

My BO has one. What size are you looking for? She'd probably sell it cheap. I think it is a Korsteel (she doesn't buy expensive bits), but I can check tomorrow.
Flip a coin. It's not what side lands that matters, but what side you were hoping for when the coin was still in the air.

You call it boxed wine. I call it carboardeaux.

I don't know if you've found what you needed, Jive, but the mare I'm starting to ride wears a copper french link elevator bit and I'm going to buy one for her here.

Yes! I have a Stubben 2ring copper mouth french link, got it at Mary's Tack in CA. about $85-110 I think, but so worth it. Dover is just starting to carry this bit too. And I have a Mikmar french link pelham, they also make a 2or3 ring bit with same mouthpiece, sells at Mary's tack also. The pelham I got lucky on and got used on ebay this spring. You can create an ebay search and it will send you a daily or weekly email as new ones come on. There's always the Sprenger KK bits, but they're double the price.

We have them in the UK but often they have sweet iron in them too. Is an elevator a "bubble/Dutch/3 ringed gag" ?
