I took a few group pilates reformer classes a few years ago and loved what they did for my core and flexibility. However, I'm not currently able to find a group class that fits my schedule and taking private classes is expensive.
I've considered buying a reformer for home use but the Stott reformers are really expensive. The quality is wonderful though, but I was hoping to find something less expensive so I don't have to cut too much out of my horse budget.
Has anyone bought a reformer for home use that cost under $1k that they really liked?
Balance Body has a smaller version, but they are about $1,800.
I agree, a reformer is a wonder piece of equipment.
I have an Allegro, and my hubby uses it twice a day to stretch his back. He used to have back issues, but doesnt anymore.
I have gotten lazy, and dont use it as much as I should. I do stretch on it often and do "easy" exercises. After a day of riding, it is really nice to really stretch out, but been lacking on doing the hard ab stuff.
