    Default Carriage rides? WNC

I hope it isn't tacky to post this on a serious driving forum, but does anyone know an outfit that does carriage rides in the western-NC area?

The university is trying to promote a local business area with their pre-Christmas festivities and were hoping to have a carriage ride as part of the kick-off. Alas, the outfit that agreed to do it has had to back out on short notice and we're looking for a replacement. Would have to have transport to get the rig here.

Feel free to PM if you don't want to post here. TIA.

If one is a commercial carriage driver and NOT serious about driving....they shouldn't be in the business. Competition driving & pleasure driving is a blast, but you had better be serious if you plan to take a horse down a city street for money....

Here's a list of operators in NC from the CONA (Carriage Operators of North America) website

    Great idea- have FUN!!!!!!!
